Upgrade to SIP platform using USB phones

    If you are using an USB phone, such as U-110, U-120, and having IP phone number starting from 68, here are the steps to transfer to SIP system.

1. Please write to supports@talkpro.net to get new SIP account. Tell us your current IP phone number and say you're using an USB phone.

2. After get the new IP account, please download software called softphone from our website. For Windows 7/vista, click here. For Windows XP, click here.

3. Install the softphone and fill in the account.

In some cases, the old USB phone might not be able to be recognized by Windows Vista or Windows 7. Softphone supports microphone and speaker/headset to make calls. Most of new laptops have built in microphone. It's easy and convenient. And that is the reason the software is called softphone.
